
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Green Chartreuse
- 10 mint leaves (or to taste)
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 2 sugar cubes
- Lemon LaCroix to top
Instructions:
Muddle lemon, mint and sugar cubes in a shaker. Add green chartreuse and shake vigorously. Pour over crushed ice and top with lemon LaCroix if desired.
