A Prohibition-era classic
Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Green Chartreuse
- 3/4 oz Luxardo maraschino liqueur
- 3/4 oz Lime juice
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

- 2 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Lemon juice
- 3/4 oz acacia honey syrup
- 3 drops lavender bitters
- Lavender sprig for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lavender sprig.
