- 1 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Lychee liqueur (or Lychee syrup)
- 3 Mint leaves
- 1/2 oz Crème de Violette
- 1/3 oz Blue Curaçao
Muddle mint slightly in shaker. Shake all ingredients over ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

A refreshing reminder of summer days
- 1/4 cup Bourbon whiskey
- Handful of mint
- 1 tbs simple syrup
Muddle mint with simple syrup in a julep glass. Add a pile of shaved ice and drizzle whiskey on top. Garnish with a generous amount of mint.

- 3/4 oz Simple syrup
- 2 sprigs Mint
Muddle cucumber slices and 2 sprigs mint. Combine with other ingredients and ice and shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with cucumber ribbons.
