Ingredients
- 2 oz Light rum
- 1/2 oz Grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz Maraschino liqueur
- 1 tsp Absinthe
Instructions
Shake all ingredients vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a grapefruit twist and Luxardo cherry.

- 2 oz Gin
- 1 tsp Luxardo maraschino
- 1 tsp Crème Yvette
- 3/4 oz Grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz Lime juice
- 1 tsp Simple Syrup
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Dry Gin
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1/4 oz Luxardo
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions:
Add the ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass. Stir until chilled. Pour into a coupe glass and garnish with a cherry or orange twist.
