The Delmonico is named after what is considered to be the first haute-cuisine restaurant to open in the United States in 1827.


Ingredients: 

  • 1 oz Gin
  • 1/2 oz Cognac
  • 1/2 oz Sweet vermouth
  • 1/2 oz Dry vermouth
  • Dash of gin barrel aged orange bitters
  • Orange peel for garnish

Instructions: 

Stir all ingredients in a ice filled mixing glass. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an orange peel.

Ingredients:

  • 2 0z Bluecoat Gin (or other dry gin)
  • 1/2 oz Dry vermouth
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3 fresh raspberries
  • Egg white

Instructions:

Lightly muddle raspberries in shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake well. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
