Cucumber – The Green Hour

Ingredients:

2 slices cucumber
1 1/2 oz Mezcal
3/4 oz Lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
1 barspoon Vieux Carre Absinthe

Instructions:

Muddle cucumber then shake all ingredients well with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a cucumber fan.

Ingredients:

2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Lime juice
3/4 oz Simple syrup
3 drops rosewater
3 drops Angostura bitters
3 Cucumber slices
3 sprigs of mint

Instructions:

Muddle cucumber and mint well. Add remaining ingredients and shake well with ice. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Ingredients:

2 oz Gin
1 oz Lime juice
4-5 Cucumber Slices
3/4 oz Simple syrup
2 sprigs Mint

Instructions:

Muddle cucumber slices and 2 sprigs mint. Combine with other ingredients and ice and shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with cucumber ribbons.
