Buenos Tardes

Our love of mandarin oranges grows stronger yet! This cocktail combines the unique sweetness of the mandarin with the subtle smokiness of reposado.


Ingredients: 

  • 1 1/2 oz Reposado Tequila
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau
  • 1 oz Fresh Mandarin juice
  • 1/2 oz Honey Syrup
  • 2 dashes cardamom bitters

Instructions: 

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a mandarin twist.

Mai Tai

Mai Tai

The queen of the tiki drinks! There are a million variations out there but here is ours:


Ingredients: 

  • 2 oz Aged rum
  • 3/4 oz Lime juice
  • 1/2 oz Orgeat syrup
  • 1/2 oz Orange Curacao or Cointreau

Instructions:

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a double rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with your favorite citrus.

Tropical Margarita

Tropical Margarita

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 passionfruit
  • 3 kumquats, sliced
  • 1 oz kumquat cordial*
  • 2 oz reposado tequila
  • 3/4 oz Cointreau
  • 3/4 oz Lemon juice
  • Dash rosewater

Instructions: 

Muddle kumquats, passionfruit, and kumquat cordial in a glass. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Pour over crushed ice filled glass. Garnish with a kumquat.
