
This drink pays homage to the nominal birthplace of rum, Barbados.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Aged Rum
- 3/4 oz Sweet vermouth
- 1/2 oz Amaro of choice
- 2 dashes chocolate bitters
- Grapefruit peel for garnish
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a glass filled with ice. Strain into a double rocks glass. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
