Ingredients:

2 oz Blended Scotch
1/2 oz cherry heering
Large lemon twist

Instructions:

Stir all with a glass filled with ice. Pour over single ice cube in a double rocks glass. Garnish with a large lemon twist.

Ingredients

2 oz American Gin (preferably Bluecoat)
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz St. Germain
Handful of blueberries
Two cherries
Prosecco to top

Instructions:

Muddle a small handful of blueberries and two cherries in a shaker. Add gin, lemon, and St. Germain. Shake vigorously with ice and strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Top with prosecco and blueberries.
