Red Hook Criterium

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz Zucca Amaro
• 1/2 oz Gin
• 1 1/2 oz grapefruit juice
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• Soda water
• Grapefruit twist

Instructions:

Combine all except soda water in a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda water and grapefruit twist.
