Queen’s Park Swizzle


  • 2 oz Dark Rum
  • 8 Mint leaves (+more for garnish)
  • 3/4 oz Lime juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 5-8 dashes Angostura bitters


Lightly muddle mint in the base of a Collins glass. Add rum, lime, simple and stir. Top with finely crushed ice and stir. Top with more ice and add dashes of angostura on top. Garnish with a mint sprig.
