Queen’s Park Swizzle
- 2 oz Dark Rum
- 8 Mint leaves (+more for garnish)
- 3/4 oz Lime juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 5-8 dashes Angostura bitters
Lightly muddle mint in the base of a Collins glass. Add rum, lime, simple and stir. Top with finely crushed ice and stir. Top with more ice and add dashes of angostura on top. Garnish with a mint sprig.
