Hugo Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 oz St. Germain
  • 1 oz Club Soda
  • 1 Mint sprig
  • 4 oz Prosecco

Instructions: Muddle St. Germain and mint sprig in a wine glass. Let sit for 3 min. Add ice, prosecco, and top with soda water. Stir gently. Top with a mint sprig.
