Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Vieux Carre Absinthe
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz St. Germain
- Peychaud’s Bitters
Stir absinthe, simple and St. Germain in a glass filled with ice. Strain into a chilled rocks glass. Top with 3-4 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters.
