Abinsthe Old Fashioned


  • 1 1/2 oz Vieux Carre Absinthe
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz St. Germain
  • Peychaud’s Bitters

Stir absinthe, simple and St. Germain in a glass filled with ice. Strain into a chilled rocks glass. Top with 3-4 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters.
