Sweet & Vicious

Sweet & Vicious

Ingredients:

  • 2 apple slices
  • 2 z rye whiskey
  • 1/2 oz dry vermouth
  • 1/2 oz Amaro Nonino
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 apple fan for garnish

Muddle apple slices in a mixing glass. Add the remaining ingredients and stir over ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with an apple fan.

Siesta

Siesta


Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Tequila
  • 3/4 oz Campari
  • 1/2 oz Grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice

Shake all ingredients well with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.

Fresh Hot Ambassador


Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 hot whiskey (Dutch Malt Whiskey)
  • 1 oz honey syrup
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • Fresh ginger

Abinsthe Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Vieux Carre Absinthe
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz St. Germain
  • Peychaud’s Bitters

Stir absinthe, simple and St. Germain in a glass filled with ice. Strain into a chilled rocks glass. Top with 3-4 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters.

White Negroni

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Plymouth Gin
  • 1 1/2 oz Lillet Blanc
  • 1/2 oz Suze Saveur d’Autrefois

Stirr all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled double rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
