Ingredients:
- 2 slices cucumber
- 1 1/2 oz Mezcal
- 3/4 oz Lime juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 1 barspoon Vieux Carre Absinthe
Instructions:
Muddle cucumber then shake all ingredients well with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a cucumber fan.
