Mountain Laurel


  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1 oz grapefruit juice
  • 1/4 oz honey syrup
  • 1 bar spoon lemon juice
  • dash cracked black pepper
  • sprig of rosemary


Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and cracked pepper.
