They say it’s going to be the summer of the spritz…
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Gin
- 1 oz Grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz lychee liqueur
- 1/2 bar spoon rosewater
- Prosecco to top
Instructions:
Shake gin, grapefruit, lychee and rosewater well with ice. Strain into a large cocktail glass, top with prosecco and a grapefruit twist.
