The Flightless Bird

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• 3/4 oz St.Germain
• 5 slices Kiwi
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup

Instructions: 

Muddle 4 slices of kiwi and simple syrup in a shaker. Add ice and shake with remaining ingredients. Double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a kiwi slice.
