Ingredients: 

  • 2 oz Aged Rum
  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 2 drops Angostura bitters
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1 mint bouquet for garnish

Instructions: 

Gently muddle mint and simple syrup in a shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake with a few ice cubes to mix well. Pour into an ice filled glass and garnish with a mint bouquet.

Nothing like opening up a new bottle of top shelf gin, especially when it’s local. Liberty Gin (Palmer Distilling) hails from Manayunk and is handcrafted using a traditional 18th century copper still. The result is exceptionally smooth gin, only available in Pennsylvania.


Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
  • 1/2 teaspoon Crème Yvette
  • 3/4 oz Lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz Simple syrup
  • Luxardo cherry for garnish

Instructions:

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a cherry.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 oz whiskey
  • 1 oz joven mezcal
  • 1/2 oz maple syrup
  • 1 dash apple bitters
  • 1 dash old fashioned bitters
  • Orange peel

Instructions: 

Stir together all ingredients in a pitcher. Add peel and muddle. Pour over rocks in a double rocks glass.
