• 2 oz Aged Rum
  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 2 drops Angostura bitters
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1 mint bouquet for garnish


Gently muddle mint and simple syrup in a shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake with a few ice cubes to mix well. Pour into an ice filled glass and garnish with a mint bouquet.
