Rumor has it Marie Antoinette’s left breast served as the model for the coupe glass…here an ode to one of history’s infamous queens:
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 4-6 fresh raspberries (plus extra for garnish)
- 2 0z Champagne
Instructions:
Combine gin, simple syrup and raspberries and shake well. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Top with champagne.
