
If you’ve ever been to the south of France you know it’s all lavender fields and azure coastline.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Crème de Violette
- 1/4 oz Simple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Lavender water
- 1/2 oz Lime juice
- 2 sprigs of thyme
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a sprig of lavender or other purple flower.
