Mai Tai

The queen of the tiki drinks! There are a million variations out there but here is ours:


Ingredients: 

  • 2 oz Aged rum
  • 3/4 oz Lime juice
  • 1/2 oz Orgeat syrup
  • 1/2 oz Orange Curacao or Cointreau

Instructions:

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a double rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with your favorite citrus.

Bourbon Smash

Bourbon Smash

Ingredients: 

  • 7-10 mint leaves
  • Half a lemon (quartered)
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup
  • 1/3 cup bourbon
  • Crushed ice
  • Mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions: 

Muddle mint leaves, lemon quarters and simple syrup in the bottom of a glass or shaker. Add bourbon. Fill a tall glass with finely crushed ice and pour mixture over it slowly. Top with more crushed ice and mint sprigs.


 

The Rubicon

The Rubicon

Quickly becoming a new favorite!


Ingredient:

  • 1/2 oz Green chartreuse
  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1/2 oz Luxardo
  • 1/2 oz Lemon juice
  • 1 rosemary sprig

Instructions:

Pour green chartreuse into a cocktail glass. Add rosemary sprig and set aside. Shake the remaining ingredients with ice. Carefully light the green chartreuse, allowing the rosemary to boil a few seconds to release the oils. Extinguish with the remaining ingredients. Top with crushed ice.

Cobra’s Fang

Cobra’s Fang

Ingredients: 

  • 2 1/2 oz Dark Rum
  • 1 tsp Peach liqueur
  • 2 dashes Absinthe
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • 3/4 oz orange juice
  • 1 passionfruit
  • 3 slices of ginger
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • Mint sprig for garnish

Instructions: 

Scoop out passionfruit pulp and muddle with ginger in a shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake  with ice. Strain into a tiki glass filled with crushed ice and top with a mint sprig!

Tropical Margarita

Tropical Margarita

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 passionfruit
  • 3 kumquats, sliced
  • 1 oz kumquat cordial*
  • 2 oz reposado tequila
  • 3/4 oz Cointreau
  • 3/4 oz Lemon juice
  • Dash rosewater

Instructions: 

Muddle kumquats, passionfruit, and kumquat cordial in a glass. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Pour over crushed ice filled glass. Garnish with a kumquat.
