Ingredients:  2 oz Dry Gin 1 oz French vermouth 2 dashes Absinthe 1 sprig of mint Instructions:  Shake all ingredients well with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a mint leaf. Source: The Savoy Cocktail Book
